Did you try to repace cow's milk with goat's milk? My mother is lactose intollerant and she does fine on goat's milk. Another option to try is buffalo milk.

Hi Leah, You could try goats milk. My mother is very intollerant of cows milk and has no problem with goats milk, buffalo milk is another option. Try also cheeses made of buffalo milk and sheep and goats milk, just a little at first and see how you react. I find that cheese, butter of youurt made from buffalo milk, goats milk, or sheeps milk to be much tastier.
